Stay away from toyota brits. Take the time to read this review before considering buying a vehicle form toyota brits!

<p>I've had a very bad experience with toyota in brits.</p> <p> </p> <p>I traded my Chef utility 2015 for a Hyundai i30.</p> <p> </p> <p>First of all: I took *short notice, unpaid* leave from work almost every day for about 2 weeks because they told me my car would be ready for delivery the next day EVERY DAY.</p> <p>Then i told them i can't keep on doing this with work, I must get a date, then they told me, my car's clutch plate is worn, they will give me the car, and when they receive the new plate, they'll install it for me. When i went to collect the car, they had the new plate in the boot, and said 'there you go'. When i asked them about the plate, they said it will be R1650 to install. After lots of arguments they installed it. When i asked for the spare key, they gave a remote with the key broken off (they didn't inform me of the key's condition before the time), then they said its not their fault, the previous owner gave it to them like that. HOW IS THAT MY PROBLEM????</p> <p>Now the car has noise in the engine, and they won't even take the time to take it to their workshop to see whats wrong. </p> <p>After all this I went to the dealer principal, she was very rude, and said 'who are you to write a review on google" just in afrikaans. </p> <p> </p> <p>Don't buy *******, a vehicle is a long term investment, don't do something you'll regret for a very long time when you buy a car that seems to be ok till you signed that contract.</p> <p>I am very unhappy with the service I received, and definitely regret buying from them. </p> <p> </p>
