Rear Suspension and damaging of tyres.

I bought a pre-owned 2010 Toyota Prado from Imperial Toyota with Approx 141 000km on the clock. When I took delivery, I noticed a few defects which some were fixed but amongst them was the rear left air suspension that is more elevated than the right one and the car looks hanging of the other side. The car is chewing the rear tyres badly. When i bought it we replaced new tyres and moved the good ones to the back and they are already wearing out quickly. When i brake the car it nose dives forward. I have raised the matter with supplier, they asked me to drop the car which i did. I collected the car after two days and i was told that everything is fixed. i drove the car and i noticed the above mentioned still recurring. The car is over R400k and i have to pay for a bond on a defective car.<br> When I tried to make arrangement to drop it, I was told to drop it but I was told that they are not prepared to spend any more money on the car. I don't know what they meant by that and what am i supposed to do. I need a car that will not give me problems other than normal wear and tear and not latent or inherent defects. They must fix the problems or give me a car without defects. B Dube
