Ravi For Dealer Principal

This review is to praise Ravi Perumal, for outstanding service and going above and beyond to help me when I needed it most, just before Christmas. I stripped the diff plugs when trying to change the oils and no spares shop could help. I asked Ravi for help on Saturday 21 December and he was able to source the back diff plugs, but not the front. He then ordered it with urgency and took my details to keep me informed of progress. Further, I explained how I was struggling to get the oil into the diff (due to position of filler plugs) and he after running around gave me a brand new bottle which has a nozzle that makes the job SOOO much easier. He then also called me Monday afternoon, while unloading the parts truck and let me know I can come fetch it, even after hours. Brilliant Ravi, much appreciated.
