Poor service delivery

<p>My Hilux went in for a service 2 months ago. Since the vehicle returned, we noticed a weird sound at the wheel on the front on the driver's side. We sent the vehicle back. They told us a lot of stories and eventually we had to pay R7000 to have the problem fixed. The vehicle returned and the noise got worse. We arranged to have the vehicle fetched from our house, the guy made an appointment with me and arrived 3 hours late. That afternoon I couldn't reach him on his phone to arrange delivery time for the vehicle. The people in the office told me he had already left with the vehicle, stressed I drove there myself and spoke to the manager. She went to the back and found the man, told him to go deliver the vehicle. We still have the same noise at the wheel and it's getting worse. Yesterday I phoned the manager to arrange a time for them to fetch the vehicle from our house. He said he'd phone back. I didn't hear anything, phoned just after 16:00 and couldn't reach him. This morning I wanted to take the vehicle in, it broke down in peak traffic. Terrible service!</p>
