Poor Customer Service

I am very disappointed in the service from Toyota Imperial on Commercial Street Johannesburg. As I am a new client of their that has recently bought a new vehicle. I needed to inquire on pricing from their parts division. when I called the gentle man who assisted me asked me hold and put the phone on his desk and carried on talking to other people. I eventually put down and drove there to see if I could get assisted. unfortunately when I arrived in stead of assisting me with the parts I required, the clerk went on at why I hung up the phone. the more I tried to explain that I did not want to wait on the phone as I was unsure of how long it would take and Id rather just be there in person, the more he refused to help me and made all sorts of excuses.
