Poor after service for 6 months.
I purchased a used Kia from Imperial Toyota 6 months ago and I am still waiting for the correct completed service manual as well as the owners handbook. I have been sending mails for the entirety of this period mainly to the sales executive, but also to the used car manager. After many months the service book turned up, but this was for a petrol engine and not diesel. This was not only the incorrect service book, but it also had no service stamps to confirm the car had a full service history as the car was advertised and sold. After receiving the wrong service manual I yet again contacted them informing them, but to date still no reply. As for the owners handbook i have no idea when and if it will ever materialise. The response or lack of from the Imperial Toyota team is quite extraordinary and not what I would have expected. It appears they are only interested in your money and once that transaction is complete they want nothing more to do with you even though they have not fulfilled all their commitments. What is even more amazing is the fact that the used car manager has never once rep**** to my mails, this shows a total distain for their customers.<br>
