Pathetic customer service

Most disgusting service from Michelle at servicing department of Imperial Toyota, Randburg. She was rude, could not even say goodbye on the phone, almost called me by another name, cut me off, raised her voice at me. So, so unprofessional. I will never recommend anyone to service their car at this branch. Pathetic and disgusting customer service from Michelle.
