Imperial Toyota Empire Road

Im dissapointed at the service received from Imperial Toyota on Empire Road. I took my car for a service for the first time at the above mentioned dealership on tuesday the 3rd Sept.19. When i dropped my car off i explained to the service advisor i specifically wanted my wheels to be checked as my steering wheel had to be side slanted to get my car to drive straight. My car was given back as is! On top of that after my car spending the entire day in the dealership i was given back my car with a nail in the back tyre, the service man than tells me i bought it like that. I drove from soweto to parktown where I parked for 20mins with no air leaking from my tyre. Drove to drop it off at the service centre still no air leaking from my tyre but on collection im told it had a nail in it? If all this were true im certain my tyre would have been flat before i dropped it off. Above this all im given my car with air evidently leaking from the tyre at a very rapid speed and told to drive to the engine garage to get my tyre fixed. Fixed by who? Its so unfortunate i had to spend over an 1hours at a garage attempting to change my tyre. As a female this is something ive never done and by saying i must go to the garage who will help my there? A dealership as large as yours could not assist with that and completely over looked that fact that if no petrol attendent assists me id be left stuck? Disappointing! I went back the next day as i had explained to the service man who was assigned to assist me that my steering wheel is still scew, i watched as the mechanic lifted the car to try and see if there was anything under the left tyre which could be the course. Why it was not placed on a machine that could assess if wheel alignment was a problem i cant tell. Having to pay extra to get my car fixed was not a problem but 2 consecutive days and still no assistance? I took my car in to be thoroughly checked yet im still driving around with a scew steering wheel. Atleast the tyre which had a nail it was fixed after my complain.

The service was below standard. And i certainly will not be going back. The only way to keep costomers is by making them happy. Please work on that
