I was sold a car that was short carpets and my effort to resolve the issue was ignored from top down

I Purchased a pre-owned Kia at Imperial Toyota in Parktown. I noticed just after I left that the carpet on the drivers side was short and I immediately notified the sales agent, Thabo. The guy seemed more professional at first as he tried to come up with ways to resolve the issue. He went all the way to suggest that I should purchase the carpets myself and claim back the money at the dealer. I suddenly knew that there was a catch to this and started insisting that he should buy them. He seemed to understand at first until where he stopped answering my calls. I realized that had I bought the carpets, they would not have reimbursed me at all. I emailed his seniors, Shawn Rautenbach, Michelle Rautenbach and Akashni Mangray, but as expected i received no reply from any of them. I find the dealership stooping too low in resorting to keep quite regarding this issue. I feel like they are turning out to be more of a **** that toyota would hate to associate with. I would have been at ease if I purchased the car knowing that it was short carpets. As expected, should they respond to this, Manna from heaven shall fall.
