Horrificly bad after sales service

We bought a Honda Ballade from Imperial Toyota Randburg and they promised us spare keys for the car after buying it in September 2017. Apart from stringing us along since trying to buy the car, damage to the car's dashboard caused by them cleaning the interior and trying to dry it with heaters which melted the plastic dials' display, we have still not received the spare keys two months after the sale. Absolutely horrific experience.
