Dishonest, worse service ever

<p>I was a first time car owner of a second hand car that was sold to me by imperial toyota stydom park (January 2016). The sale executive had not disclosed faults to me on the car and sold it to me regardless of my safety. I had Financed the car and took it home. Within less than a month of my purchase my gear selector cable had snaped in the middle of an intersection in heavy traffic. within 5 months of buying the car the car was in for services and repairs six times. My fanbelt needed replacing, my waterpump needed replacing my windscreen wipers did nothing to wipe rain away in order for me to see after i was told it had been replaced, my entire gearbox was removed, rebuilt and replaced without the sales executive ever telling me this prior to the sale (keep in mind i specifically asked about the gearbox before the purchase).I had then requested they replace my second hand car with another second hand car of equal value but they simply told me that they are unable to help me at that time. Needless to say I had enough and at the end of the day agreed for them to settle the outstanding amount with the bank so that i can take my business elsewhere. This was not a pleasant experience and I will never recommend them to anybody.</p>
