Dishonest Service

My Hilux D4D was taken to Imperial Toyota in Strydompark for repairs to my radio after is was damaged when it got ****** outside my office. The vehicle was recoved and all that was wrong with the radio was cut wires. Imperial contracted outside help in repairing the radio. The original radio was removed and a cheap replica was installed in its place. The cheap replica has all the bells and whistle. My orinal radio had reverse camera, blue tooth, usb, cd, and phone hands free intalled. The replica has the same but also has navigation which I did not have before. Everything works most of the time. The radio has lots of static when I drive. The fps sometimes freezes. The cd does not remeber the last song playing after switching off. The usb works sometimes. Usb gets stuck most of the time. The usb does not read most of my songs. Usb does not foward or rewind. The camera is of a poor picture quality. I cant see during the day. I explined to Imperial that I want my original radio back but they kee sending me the independent guy who does not seem to have a workshop of his own. He constantly comes up with difference reasons for what im doing wrong. I spend alot of time in my vehicle and like to listen to audio books. It is frustrating to have to always restart a 1 hour mp3 after every phone call has the usb does not stop and keeps playing on mute when a call comes in. It does not stop or give me the option to stop it. My clients complain everytime as the bluetooth sound is very soft for them.

I am tired of complaining. All I want is my old radio back even if I need to pay a litle extra for it. I dont need a bad replica. I need my radio to work and I do not care about the navgation system, I have a gps which works alot better than the **** you installed in my vehicle.
