Cancelled vehicle sale
Saw a Ford ranger on the internet, went to see it had a test drive and liked the vehicle. The sales person, Edwill Duma insisted that payment be made before the 30th July 2018 to secure the sale. Quotation and copy of the Dekra report were sent to me and with that payment made. Duma had advised the cars injectors had to be fixed and would be delivered post repairs. The next phone call received was communicating that they couldn't hand over the Ford ranger to us as it has been put off the market and they will assist us in getting another vehicle that suits our specs. further the agreement was that in failure to source another vehicle the necessary documentation for a refund will be sent on the 6th August. There has been no communication received from imperial Toyota to date . The service and treatment is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Our money was pulled from an interest bearing trust account for the purchase of this vehicle which is needed for various tasks including business. This inconvenience has resulted in various losses, including time!
