Bad service from Toyota

Bakkie went into for a service, got the Bakkie back the tow bar were removed without any body expanding why. Had to go back to the branch the next day to try and find out where is my tow bar, only then they explained the reason why it was removed. Since then we contacted them numerous times to find out when we will get it back, just to be told I should contact the head office because they can't do anything about it. It's been more than a month ago that it was removed and still have no answer to when I will receive it back. It is utterly pafetic service from Toyota,very disappointing that they don't care about their customers after selling the bakkie.
