Bad service

I took my bakkie for service to imperial Toyota Kempton park for 20k service and they promised to call as soon as they done but as they don't have respect for customer nobody called me untill I call them at 15:46 to find out how far and they promise to call me back 17:00 when I call they've already closed worse part I explained to them I got my house keys inside the bakkie and my wallet I walked for 2hours from work with my laptop ? what if I got ****** the service guys are just useless they need to be properly trained how to handle customers all the plans I have for the day had to be cancelled because of this guys I was supposed to be out of town the following day that's why I took the bakkie early morning 07:26 atleast communication I will never go there anymore
