bad service

I bought a Fortuner 20 18 and paid the extra to have it fitted in Black leather. One of the back seats the leather has come loose and one of the safety belts don't work as the leather prevents the belt to be allowed to be pushed in, driver seat leather hasn't been done as you can see the foam. Ive made contact three time with Toyota Kempton Park the first time I went in to show them the problem and I got promised that someone will get back to me. This has been going on for three weeks now Not very Happy with the service
