I phoned the dealership looking for part prices and Keith was the 3rd person that I was transferred to. He then asked me who the repairer was and I told him that I'm doing a preliminary quote and don't know who the chosen repairer will be. That's when his whole attitude changed. I asked him a simple question about the left rear fender if it comes with the petrol flap as well seeing that he can't give me a price for the complete quarter section. He answered me very rudely I'm the one that's quoting so why am I asking him. And I tried to explain to him if I requested a quote from another supplier that deals with triple *** parts, they normally gives everything so maybe Toyota does can help in that regard. He was very brusque.
