Super effecient service advisor

I had a bad experience which dated back to October 2019 with regards to a recall campaign from toyota for my vehicle which left me no choice but to send an official complaint to toyota SA which then set the wheels in motion for the parts delay.I then took my vehicle back and dealt with the most pleasant service advisor,Ms Moyagabo Masotla.It took the one visit back to the dealership and dealing with the most efficient service advisor to turn around my terrible experience with this dealership to the being extremely satisfied with her service,from the booking in process to keeping me updated.She is truly a great asset to to service division for the dealership.Thumbs up to you and well done.
