Imperial Toyota Kempton Park (Be Careful)

I stay in Cape Town and finalized a deal for a car online. Eventually when I collected the car I found problems which forced me to immediately return again to the dealer where they gave me a long explanation and advised me to drive the car to Cape Town where I will be assisted by their partner. I took the car to their partner in Cape Town who told me they don’t want to get involve with Imperial Toyota Kempton Park as they were supposed to fix the car before the client collected the car.. I then decided to return the car back to JHB within 7 days and asked them to make another car available for me and they literally denied my rights...they still insisted I must take the same car. I had to take them to OMBUDSMAN to resolve this issue and the case is still ongoing... it’s unbelievable that a company with such a reputation can treat customers this way.. beware when dealing with them and test drive their cars properly before signing...
