BAD BAD SERVICES FROM IMPERIAL TOYOTA KEMPTON PARK

I had a problem of my vehicle not taking the Gears, i took it to Imperial Toyota Kempton Park for mechanical on the 23 May 2019. Neville Anthony(Service Advisor) charged me R7725.76. I got my vehicle on the 26 June 2019 of which i suffered the very same problem on the very same day of collection. On the 27 June 2019 i went back to them and explain the matter then they apologised to me and then took my vehicle for a while then bring it back. On the 01 July 2019 i stuck completely in a way that i had to call the Towing Truck to help me and take my vehicle back to Imperial Toyota Kempton Park as my vehicle were no longer Engaging the Gears. After a day, Neville called me and say i must pay R17265.58 and take my Gearbox to the Specialists as it was no longer a Return Job. I'm struggling with the transport to go to work while i'm still paying for my vehicle that i bought from Toyota and also took it to them for mechanical but getting the Poor Services.
