The service we received from Imperial select table view was sooo disappointing and disgusting.. We purchased a 2016 Polo GP 1.4 TIPTRONIC and the sales man that helped us was Jason.. He handled everything fine and got finance for the vehicle which was R2700 per month with R43000 balloon payment.. Then when the contract came through to us via NTT Toyota as we where purchasing the vehicle from limpopo the installment had changed to R3600 per month with the same balloon payment even though they were claiming that since we bought the car through the black Friday month they going to give us R3000 discount on the vehicle.. The installment went up instead of going down.. We tried asking him about it but he kept on making up stories saying it's for extras that came with the vehicle but the vehicle came with no extras.. It came as it was.. As advertised so we ended up forcing them to give us a copy of the contract threatening to take them to the lawyers.. They emailed the contract with forged signatures.. Stating that the installment is R4900 per month..

And on the other side they delivered the car with a damaged spare whell that had russ all over it.. Broken handles.. And leaking of water under the dashboard.. And some paint at the back of the vehicle showing that it has been repainted due to accidents or any other damage..

This people made my experience of purchasing a vehicle at imperial select very terrible.. Jason is working hand in hand with a woman called Alta..

I'm so disappointed to a point that I don't want this car anymore because they ripping me off now What they are doing is *****..
