Poor Seevice

The service leading up to the sale will be top notch, but trust me once they secure that sale its down hill. I've been waiting for salesman Ahmed to give me a spare key for my car for 6 months, what's worse is he receives my messages and ignores of lies to me. I was told to drive there to get the key, only for staff to tell me they had no idea what key I was there to collect. Very disappointed with the service.
