Imperial Select Northcliff

On the 29 June 2019 I signed the paperwork for the vehicle 2015 Audi S3 at Imperial Select Northcliff . The vehicle suspension started making a weird noise so I contacted the warranty company and they refereed me to accredited repair centre which in this case was the Audi workshop/dealer in klerksdorp. The shock mountings and rubbers are worn on the vehicle and cost of repair is 10k.

I contacted the Dealership manager , but he feels they are not liable for repair because the vehicle was in "sound mechanical condition". I had the vehicle for 2months now so I feel its unfair towards me to pay a additional 10k for repairs.

The only feedback I get is that they will investigate but I still have not received any feedback. When I app**** for the vehicle, I was treated like royality, Now that there is issues I am ignored
