VEHICLE WITHOUT LICENCE PAPERS

<p>I bought a Renault Sandero Stepway (Second hand) from Renault Wonderwaters on the 15 June 2016. Today is the 9 August 2016. The vehicle is still not on my name. The manager is having an explanation every time when I phone him or he is not available. I cannot install a tracker in my vehicle due to the fact that the vehicle is not on my name. This vehicle is parked in Pretoria. Renault doesnt want to provide me with a tempoarily licence. I dont get any help. Please help me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Deon Gerber</p> <p> </p>
