They offer but they don't deliver

I recently purchased a Renault Clio, the salesman ensured me that they delivered and that it was free of charge (not that paying would have been a problem). he was quick and efficient up until I signed the contract for the car. he promised me that my car would arrive on a Thursday afternoon but nothing came of it, I called and he said \Friday".
