repair for mechenical fault

<p>My car was towed to Renault pinetown on January 05 2017</p> <p>I was told they were waiting for authorisation which they got on the following week and began stripling the car. Each time I call to make a follow up I'm told that they are stripping the car for almost two weeks until I decided to go there on friday 20 January 2017 and I was told that they are waiting for another authorisation which is something they never mentioned each time i called I asked for a courtesy they sad they can't help me they can only help me after 10 days when they have identified the fault . I am so fustrated please intervene and help me on this matter as I travel more then 110 km each day with a child.</p>
