Renault Centurion You have failed this client!

I am a client of Renault centurion probably for the last time in my life .So I went there to buy a Ford fiesta but eventually got convinced to settle for a Renault Clio iv. And omg what a regret! First thing I must state I bought this vehicle without having seen it,then the dealer had it for a month after my finance approval while awaiting my trade in therefore enough time to have picked all these issues. Took delivery of the car today and I picked up a few things on day one after its handed over.

-Mispelled "tu bo" supposed to be turbo on the rear door?

-Front Windscreen Crack hidden using a sticker (picked up by of pg autoglass less than 2km away from dealer)

-multiple Scratches on drivers smash and grab window very distracting while driving in traffic.

-Peeling Drivers armrest.

-Vehicle warning of flat key cards for both keys?!

Am I suppose to go and buy and repair all these myself?

I raised these issues with the salesperson and was advised its been sold at cost and therefore I suppose I shouldn't expect a "quality" used vehicle. Monet needs to be made first hey at cost of quality , reputation etc...

My conclusion is:

Guys stick to buying a vw or Ford or anything else from anywhere except Renault centurion to avoid a painful heart after spending R200k on a car. I might as well have bought this car from gumtree or olx or the infamous jubelee street in johannesburg.

Be warned!

Fanie is assisting with my query and It looks like it will be resolved accordingly.

Okay so this is a final review of my experiences with renualt centurion. Vehicle will be going in to be sorted out next week for the snag. I had my account double debited last month because my trade in vehicle was delayed while waiting for the panel beater. As if I owned two cars at the same time. I have thus paid for the trade in car and the new car all in one month, Had an extensive talk with fanie(manager) and I am receiving a partial refund of the debit order minus the depreciation of my trade in for my delay(I suppose there's money to be made everywhere). I have a serious problem with a lack of communication from this dealer. I have sent so many emails and had to follow up and chase people to solve issues.Compare this to when an application for finance is approved o.m.g they even whatsapp you! Even dealer principal("We have to run a business here" this is what i'll remember for life) does not show sympathy rather irritation at the call and probably wanted to drop the call ASAP.I even got the silent message that taking this complaint to renault customer care will come back with them winning.... Talk about the big corporate and the small guy.
I have thus learnt a few lessons here:We as black young professionals must never buy from Renualt Centurion or Renault same thing. We must buy from credible black owned enterprises/dealers as the apathy here is very bad. We are afterall the people with the purchasing power.
Quite a learning experience.
