Renault Centurion what a sad expierience.

I purchased a car from Renault Centurion. Despite having almost two weeks to get the car ready for delivery the following was not done.

* The car was dirty and had to go back to the wash bay. When they were done the sale managers response was we got most of the dirt off, you must get the rest off! And this is a brand new car!!

*Smash and grab fitted, despite me specifically telling them I don't want it!!!

* The dealership does not have service books or warrantee books! I guess common law applies and there are no exclusions

* The salesman completed a pre-delivery check list despite not going through it with me. Items marked as done include telling me the wrong service interval, warrantee explained. etc.

*No SD card for the GPS. They tell me the cards were ****** out the safe!!??

*Promised an SD card on the 25 August. They got the wrong card. Mechanics had no idea how to set it up.

*Dealer Principal promised me delivery of an SD card on the 26 August. I had to phone him at 16h30 to find out where it is. He blames Renault SA. Why could he not have phone me???

If you would like a wonderful buying experience, stay away from Renault Centurion.
