Re:Complaint spare keys on Renault purchase

It has been over 2 months that I bought a Renault clio 4 from Imperial Select, Fountains,Pretoria .After I received the car there was no spare key aswell as no service booklet.<br> After several calls to the dealer on my cost I was promised that they will attend to the problem.<br> Spare keys arrived but my car spare keys was not there.After I phone the manager he said they could not get hold of the spare keys.<br> How on earth can you sell a car to a costumer without a spare key.(my car was a trade in with all the keys aswell as the service record.<br> I feel the dealer must order spare keys.Why must a order it and pay for it.<br> Bad service.I will never buy a car from this dealer ship and will tell other costumers also of there bad service!!!
