Paying fo uninstalled tracker

<p>I bought a car last year December and they asked me if do i want a tracker I said yes and then they have included the tracker fee on my monthly instalment only two find out that 2weeks back the tracker was never installed and it was not supposed to be played separate it was coming with a deal. And the service that they gave me was there worse ever they never gave me a spare key till today the CD option is not working.when I think about all this it ****s me inside
