imperial renault *****s over customers

I recently purchased a ford fiesta from renault pinetown on the 30th of june 2018, upon arriving to pick up the car the salesman had said that the car had incident which large scratch on the back bumper was outcome of and few other scratches we noticed on the day and brought to the attention of the salesman , he then promised to get touch up paint to me next business day as paint shop was currently closed, 3 weeks later and there was no touch up paint brought to me when we was getting the deal done he also said that the car will be sent for glazing by amazing glaze and other issues with head light and wheel caps will be sorted by the time we pick up the car, after taking delivery of the car and driving over 100kmh i noticed a vibration and alignment of the car was off i took the car back to renault to have it checked out only to find that all 4 rims have been damaged by potholes and cannot be repaired, this was told to me by the mechanic that renault recommended the salesman then asked the guy to try and straighten the buckled rims so that it does not cost them too much to replace, i have asked numerous times for 101 check and cor checklist which was said to have been done week i took delivery only to be told it was actually done by another dealership and they cannot give it to me, i then went to amazing glaze only to find out that my car was not glazed as agreed and the scratch was on the bumper when the car came in as per their inspection sheet the salesman had said that the scratch was caused by amazing glaze, i then went back to renault to get touch up paint that was promised 2 weeks ago only to be told that i have to take a guy and go to the paint shop to get it myself, the manager then said that we are costing him alot of money and made it seem like we are at fault for everything that renault did not do, they went on to say that fords are **** and we should have never bought the ford from them to begin with
