Force customer to buy car

I have serious problem, Imperial Renault forces me to buy there car and they even pull up contract with the Bank, when i want to cancel there offer they refused and becoming Rude, and i told them according to my budget its too much high as im not prepared to pay such high amount, I dont thinks this is the correct way to treat customer like this, and in future will adviced others to be carefull with this dealership.
