False submission of vehicle to bank

This was by far the most **** experience I have had. My buying experience at renault bryanston was very very bad but omw MENLYN RENAULT tops it. I went to try and trade in my car, omw.... not friendly at all, not helpful, not understanding, doesnt contact back, WORST THE SALESMAN GOES AND PUTS IN FOR A VEHICLE AT THE BANK WE NEVER ASKED FOR OR AGREED ON... *** is that. Imperial really needs to check this. I am going to send this to the OMBUDSMAN for submitting a vehicle to the bank I NEVER WANTED OR AGREED ON!!!!
