2 Months without a car waiting on parts

I was in an accident with my 3 month old duster. Proline ordered via Menlyn the parts. First delivery was incorrect parts. Second delivery that HAD to be imported keeps on getting postponed. Now the second delivery finally arrived in SA and the parts are still incorrect. I'm out of my insurance's one month cover for a rental and also without transport. Menlyn branch does not know what's going on more than what they see on the "system". Absolutely horrible attitude towards your product and no delivery regarding after sales!!!
