No paving since Sept 2014

Tavi has taken R14000 as a deposit for paving in Sept 2014.He promised that he will start two weeks later.Thereafter he made excuses everytime that we contacted him,like he was delayed with a job that he had started or that the rain caused a delay in paving.He also refused to answer my calls.A letter of demand was sent to him,which he ignored.I am now taking him to court as I realise that I am not going to get any paving.He is extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend Imperial Paving.He makes lots of promises and appears to be very honest ,until he takes the deposit.Mrs. Naidoo
