Delivery of paving promised again

Tavi had forgotten that he told me that the bricks were sorted and ready for delivery in November 2014.He is so disorganised that he only goes to enquire about the bricks after his 2 workers have finished the levelling.The bricks were to be delivered 2 weeks ago but as yet there are no bricks.Tavi seems to have no experience in this trade and is heavily reliant on his workers.My yard is left so untidy,not to mention the rubble that has been left at my gate for over 2 weeks.I am not the only client going through this with Tavi,but I will be the only one enforcing legal action and exposing this despicable man.
