Absolutely terrible service

Yesterday I got hold of Anna on +*** and again this > morning. Still no response. Is 4 weeks normal for deliveries? On Friday I got a call from a Durban employee trying to help me and said the onliine business was a mess and he would ask Simon the Cape Town operations Manager to contact me but nothing.
