Your driver is still on her way.

<p>23rd November 2016 i collected my Renault Clio till today im still waiting for my license disk which has now expired in the interim. I have been contacting Johan Halliday for over 2 months since expiry of my disk and have been told each and every time that the driver is on her way with the disk and spare key. Imperial Nissan Menlyn were quick to take my money for the vehicle but now cannot fulfill their duties and provide me with what is owed. There is a reason that "On the Road costs" are included when purchasing a vehicle and technically I have paid for NOTHING. What should I tell the Metro Police in a road block when they ask why my license disk is expired, should I say the driver is on her way ? This is shocking from such a large and well known dealership. I have escalated this to Johan's manager Peter and he has STILL not gotten back to me, is he with the driver , are they still on their way????</p>
