Used Car Purchase - Car was Filthy and False Promises regarding Spare Keys

I purchased a used BMW 118i F20 from Imperial Nissan, the Tygervalley Branch. In January 2019

At first the Sales person and Finance Lady were super friendly etc their service was exceptional, they helped out wherever they could, assisting me with everything. The transaction went super smooth, I have absolutely no complaints about that, however I encountered the following issues when collecting the vehicle.

Firstly the car had stickers on the boot, and was extremely dirty, I personally have my doubts if it was cleaned properly since they did the trade in of the vehicle.

I requested that the vehicle be properly cleaned, and the stickers be removed before collection, the sales person agreed that it shall be done, however upon collection they were still their, apparently they were very difficult to remove, so I accepted the excuse because I was excited to take ownership of the vehicle regardless. The Vehicle had been washed, but later i noticed the interior was still extremely filthy. I contacted the sales person, and I brought the car back for another "Wash" it was a little cleaner after collection, but still not up to standard, but I left it.

Secondly, (this is my main issue), I was promised a spare key for the vehicle, this was one of my conditions of me actually purchasing it. I was told that the previous owners apparently moved and they would bring the spare key to the dealership once they are settled in, however this never happened.

I then mailed them constantly, I received numerous apologies and was referred to different people, however once referred I have not received one reply since. I purchased the vehicle in January this year, and its now July, with nothing been resolved, not one update given regarding my spare key issue, I have since taken the car to get a full valet by a professional establishment. However I am still without a spare key.....

I am super disappointed with the after sales service from Imperial Nissan Tygervalley, and I hope that someone gets back to me.
