Post-service interview

Dear Imperial Nissan,

I have driven three Nissan vehicles consecutively in my adult life. I have done the majority of my services at imperial Nissan because I find that your service is a cut above the rest. After a recent service at Imperial Nissan in Kimberley, I was once again phoned to survey my satisfaction with the service telephonically. I indicated that it had been a decent experience and I added some criticism which I believe was due. I rated the service 6/10 with some valid experiences and reasons accompanying my oral report to the customer satisfaction consultant perfroming the survey. I expected this knowledge to be managed somewhat sensitive. However, the service-assistant that helped me during the day that my car was serviced phoned me earlier and almost confronted me about some of the statements that I made. The truthfulness of some of my statements were questioned and debated by the service assistant. Shouldn't a person in management capacity rather contact me than the person I dealt with on grass-root level? It has made the situation quite akward and I was rather reluctant to have this debate with the individual via the phone. I do not want to cause any harm or damage to the sales assistant in question, however, should you ask me for my truthful opinion, experience, perception AND I am able to motivate it to you, I request that you respect my anonimity in this regard. Should I return in future for a service, I will now be remembered as 'the guy who complained'.
