No feedback, no disclosure on accident vehicle sold to me.

I bought a vehicle from Nissan motus east rand on the 21/02/2019.I recently had a small accident with the vehicle to discover it had previously been repaired and samw had not been disclosed to me.

Ive been in contact with Wenzile Dube(my sales person) who says the matwis with his manager.

My first email to Wenzile was 29 July, ive since followed up with numerous calls and no feedback, should i receive no feedback end of this week i will proceed with legal action as advised. I have tried to resolve this with you.
