no documents received after vehicle purchase

<p>I purchased my veicle from Nissan Randburg, and dealt with Drisden who was the salesperson. Nissan was in quite a rush to get the documents signed and the deal through before month end (June 2016), so everything went off smoothly, i got my car within a week of initiating the purchase. However, it has been 5 months now and i am constantly phoning Nissan and the saleperson above for documents pertaining to the sale. I don't even have ANY documents/agreements of sale/service book/extended warranty documents, basically no soft or hard copies of ANY documents I have signed. when concluding the purchase. I don't even have a service book for the car. they said it is lost. Nissan was in a rush to make the sale, but the after-sale service was pathetic - it took them more than 2 months to get the car registered and to obtain the registration plates. It's been 5 months now and they are still providing me some form of documentation of the sale. I've lost my patience and dont know what to do now.</p>
