Nissan Parts failure

My 2105 Nissan Quasqai is on 140 000 km Warranty is until 150 000 radiator fan failed. After servicing my vehicle with Nissan for 90 000km and having a motor plan for the duration of this period. The last few services I done with a RMI approved garage, due to Nissan being up to 4 times the price. They are now refusing to honor the warranty due to the vehicle services not being done with them. None of Nissans service checks relate to the radiator fan and there is no serviceable part on a radiator fan. After three years the radiator fan fails and they do not want to honor the warranty. I also have a 12 year old Vw polo who's radiator fan does not make a single noise nor has it in its 12 years. Nissan should consider buying Vw radiator fans.
