Imperial Nissan East Rand - Shocking Service
I did a trade in at Imperial Nissan East Rand and from the start the service was shocking. On the day of picking up my new car it did not start so they swap out the battery . Not a month after that the car's orange and red engine lights came on and the stop start came on as faulty. They told me that it is a factory faulty on that modem of Xtrail's and that they will fix it under warranty and after a week I got my car back. They told me that at least one a week I must put it in 3rd gear and keep the rpm at 3000 for about 20min to clean the diesel filter. I'm paying R6000pm and this is what I need to do so I can drive my car but it does not work. Every month I need to take in the car because the orange and red engine lights come on and the stop start come up as faulty. They can't fix this. They also kept deducting the car I traded in for 2 months and after I notified them of this 2 months ago no one is willing to get this resolved after calling and mailing them every week. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Stay away. They don't tell you if the model has any factory fault or is unwilling to sort the issue. Don't do business with Imperial Nissan East Rand.
