impeiral nissan Kimberly its a money making skim, take your car there and they will never fix it but take your money instead

Please assist me as one of your branch ****** me of my cash, on the 17/may/2018 my car was booked into imperianl Nissan Kimberly. On the 18/ may/2018 the branch got a technician to check my car as it could not start. Technician checked and discovered that one of the fuse was burned and he then replaced the fuse and the car was fine and they charged me R1440.00 I paid and used my driver to collect my car. The car only drove until the 19/may/2018 and it broke again with the same problem, my driver then bridged the fuse to that he can go home but the vehicle could not move. I then arranged a taw truck to taw it to Nissan imperial Kimberly on Monday, they checked it and they told me that they are unable to fix it they spoke to their company that they outsourced to do electrical work, the company confirmed that they will only be able to check the vehicle on Thursday the 25/may/2018. I then informed Nissan imperial that I cannot wait for that date as I my car needs to make money I contacted the electrician around town to fix my car. He fixed it same day on the 23/may/2018. I contacted Nissan imperial Kimberly to inform them that I feel that it will be fair for them to refund me as they could not fix my car and I had to pay an electrician to fix, my car they refused and told me that they cannot refund me because my driver bridged a fuse and it burned some of the things. I still believe that it is unfair because they could not fix my car as they used a technician who I believe is an auto mechanic to fix my car and he did not do a good job hence the vehicle got stuck within 24 hours after fixing it. If the dealership had used an electrician an electrician could have done a perfect job. I love Nissan cars but from now on I will never buy that car again as a dealership is not fully equipped to fix their own car and they **** even do a perfect job to save their clients some money, they do this intentionally so they can make money out of us.
