Customer service with a smile

I bought a brand new Nissan Qashqai from Imperial Nissan but unfortunately the wheel alignment was affected during delivery (vehicle was driven) to me in Pretoria. Elmer arranged for the vehicle to be taken to another Nissan dealer in Fourways Jhb and the vehicle was sorted out. A week later, I found that a tyre had been damaged (obviously this had caused the alignment to go off) and Elmer also agreed to have that sorted out as well. That is excellent customer service as most dealers would say it's not their problem. Well done to Elmer and Imperial Nissan in Parow!
