Be carefull dealing with Imperial Nissan East Rand Mall

I have had a bad experience with Imperial Nissan recently, this time with the Eastrand Mall branch. They offered me R111 000 as a trade in ( I have it written on black and white ) and when I got there eventually to collect my new vehicle, they informed me the trade in is now all of a sudden R90 000. Previously Edenvale Nissan offered me R 105 000 as trade in. Unfortunately I took my trade in vehicle to them a week earlier to get the canopy and tracking device transferred to the new vehicle and they have sold my trade in in that week, so I was caught between a rock and a hard place as my old vehicle was not available any more. Dealing with Nissan SA customer care had no result as they indicated that they can not ( or do not want to ) get involve in finacial matters, only when there is a deffect on a vehicle which is not resolved by a dealership they get involve. Please be warned dealing with Imperial Nissan Eastrand Mall.
