Absolutely amazing service!

It is a privilege for me to commend and thank Magda from Nissan Kimberley for absolute amazing and excellent service. She literally walked the extra mile for me. My Nissan Patrol needed new shims and wheel -bearings on the front axle. She sorted me out over a period of two weeks. She ordered my parts, kept me informed, squeezed me in during a very busy time, and assigned her best Patrol mechanic, Werner, to work on my vehicle. Werner took his time to explain to me personally the mechanics of my vehicle and exactly it was that needed be done. Both Magda and Werner were extremely friendly and helpful. One easily complain about bad service, but I believe one should commend the excellent levels of service and attention these two individuals provided me with. I hope that Nissan SA will note this email, and convey my sincerest thanks to these two individuals and their managers. I believe they are an asset and a great brand ambassador for Nissan SA.
