pathetic

A year ago I took my Rio in to get the selector for my gearbox replaced Yesterday Trying to change gears I realized that it no longer functions again Since I purchased the vehicle 2 years ago It was 4 times in the works shop for repairs other than the regular service Workshop are quick to force your hand to give a good rating on the day when you collect your vehicle but try and contact them afterwards to fix a problem, nothing happens
