Imperial Motor Cars are the biggest ********

We contacted Imperial Motor Cars in December for a Nissan Hardbody MP300 which they where selling for R 35,000.00, the agent (Mike) told us that we should pay a holding deposit of R 2,000.00 into their bank account with ABSA and then bring the remainder of the funds in cash to Imperial Motor Cars Fourways to obtain the vehicle. We then received a call from the accounts department apologizing and stating that the branch manager said this is not possible as there is someone at the branch busy purchasing the vehicle. They then stated that they will do a refund of the R 2,000.00 to our bank account immediately. Too date we have not received any refund, we have emailed their accounts department and phoned them. This is unacceptable and we will be taking this matter further. They are a legit company, why are their practices so terrible,
